Job summary

Ventaja International Corp. is seeking a reliable driver/office support to handle delivery and pickup of documents and packages, and to safely transport employees and guests to various locations in Metro Manila.

The role includes daily vehicle checks and routine maintenance to ensure safety and reliability. The position requires coordinating with government agencies for permits and licenses, managing office supplies, and reporting facility issues.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and pick up outgoing documents, packages, parcels, mails, cheques and other items as per given instruction.
• Safely transport employees, guests, and company officials to and from destinations as instructed.
• Conduct daily inspection of the vehicle's condition (fuel, oil, water, brakes, tires, lights, etc.).
• Transact and submit to relevant Government Agencies and other organizations regarding permits, licenses renewal, payments of Office Utilities.
• Follow all traffic laws, company driving policies, and safety regulations.
• Undertake routine maintenance, check of office premises, and general deaning as scheduled.
• Monitor, stock, and arrange office and pantry supplies, and report any replenishment needs or issues with office facilities and equipment.
• Check and Report unnecessary issues pertaining to office facilities, equipment etc.
• Locked and Unlocked office premises as needed.
• Other tasks assigned by the Management
