You will drive to business and personal engagements, coordinate routes with maps, and assist with transportation logistics. The position is full-time and on-site, with expectations to maintain safety and discretion at all times.

Responsibilities

• Drive the company president for business and personal trips.
• Run business/personal errands for the president and his family.
• Coordinate vehicle maintenance with third-party suppliers for the president's vehicles.
• Practice safe and legal driving at all times.
• Transport executives to meetings as needed when the president is unavailable.

Job description

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Driving the company president to any business and personal related trips.

2. Running all business/personal errands for the company president and his family.

3. Coordinates to the third party supplier for Vehicle Maintenance of the companyand personalvehicles of the Company president.

4. Safe and legal driving practices are done at all times with or without passengers.

5. Driving executives/directors/staff to business related meetings and events as a back-up to corporate if there is an urgent need but only once the company president are on vacation or does not need his services.

Expectations:

1. Expected to be mannerly and courteous in all driving and non-driving situations while on the job.

2. Good grooming and personal hygiene with clean and proper dress as instructed by the employer are expected.

3. Calm, rational behavior and attitude under stressful driving conditions are attributes of a professional, as are refraining from inappropriate or abusive language and gestures.

4. Follow instructions and requests without argument or complaint, and do not comment, engage or join in conversations of employers or passengers without permission.

5. Before any trip, chauffeur duties include consulting maps or navigation devices for desired routes, checking radio or online traffic and weather reports for departure and destination locations.

6. Advise the employer or passenger of potential or existing adverse conditions and suggest alternative routes or travel time adjustments.

7. Completion of assigned tasks related to Driver Services activities.
