Job summary

FSS Systems Inc in Pasig is seeking an Executive Driver to provide safe, reliable transportation for executives to meetings and official engagements. You will keep the vehicle clean and well-maintained, and perform daily inspections to ensure optimal condition.

You will handle loading/unloading, run errands, and provide administrative support as needed, while maintaining strict confidentiality about schedules and sensitive information. Flexible hours, including overtime, are required.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid professional driver's license.
• Previous experience as an Executive/Personal Driver or similar role is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of major routes and safe driving practices.
• Excellent communication and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Provide safe, reliable, and timely transportation for executives to and from business meetings, appointments, and other official engagements.

• Ensure the vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and in good working condition at all times.

• Perform daily vehicle inspections and coordinate regular maintenance and repairs as needed.

• Follow safe driving practices and comply with all traffic rules and regulations.

• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding executive schedules, company matters, and sensitive information.

• Assist with loading/unloading of items, documents, or other materials when necessary.

• Perform company-related errands and administrative support tasks as assigned.

• Other duties that may be assigned by the management.
  

Qualifications

• Male, preferably 30-35 years old.

• With proven experience as an Executive Driver, Personal Driver, or similar role.

• Must have a valid professional driver's license.

• Familiar with major routes, locations, and alternative routes.

• With a clean driving record and good knowledge of road safety regulations.

• Trustworthy, responsible, punctual, and disciplined.

• Must have good communication skills and professional attitude.

• Willing to work flexible hours, including overtime when required.

• Physically fit and able to perform job-related tasks.

• Previous experience handling executives, VIP clients, or company officers is an advantage.
