The role requires a valid Professional Driver’s License, a clean driving record, knowledge of Metro Manila and nearby provinces, willingness to overtime and stay-in assignments, and discreet, trustworthy service.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Professional Driver’s License with clean driving record.
• Experience as an Executive Driver or Company Driver for top management/executives.
• Familiar with routes in Metro Manila, Bulacan, Cavite, Laguna, and nearby provinces.
• Knowledgeable in defensive driving, vehicle maintenance, and road safety regulations.
• Trustworthy, discreet, punctual, and highly professional in handling executives/VIPs.
• Physically fit and well-groomed.
• Willing to render overtime, flexible schedule, and can travel when needed.
• Willing to stay-in or be assigned in Cavite and Laguna.

Responsibilities

• Vehicle Maintenance and Cleanliness: Ensure the vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and presentable at all times. Conduct regular inspections and schedule maintenance as needed.
• Compliance with Traffic Rules and Safety Regulations: Follow all traffic laws, speed limits, and parking regulations; maintain a valid license.
• Confidentiality and Discretion: Maintain confidentiality regarding the employer’s personal and professional affairs.
• Assistance with Errands and Tasks: Run personal or business errands as instructed; assist with loading/unloading.
• Trip Planning and Coordination: Confirm destinations, schedules, and travel requirements ahead of time.
• Recordkeeping and Documentation: Maintain a logbook of trips, mileage, fuel, and expenses; report incidents promptly.
• Professional Conduct and Appearance: Maintain neat appearance and professional behavior at all times.
• Emergency Preparedness: Know basic vehicle troubleshooting and emergency procedures.

Responsibilities of an Executive Driver

1. Safe and Timely Transportation: Drive the employer and passengers to designated locations safely and on time. Plan routes efficiently, considering traffic, weather, and road conditions. Very familiar with conducive routes in any location.
2. Vehicle Maintenance and Cleanliness: Ensure the vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and presentable at all times. Conduct regular inspections (oil, water, tire pressure, brakes, lights, etc.) Schedule and coordinate routine maintenance and repairs as needed.
3. Compliance with Traffic Rules and Safety Regulations: Follow all traffic laws, speed limits, and parking regulations. Maintain a valid driver’s license and comply with all driving requirements.
4. Confidentiality and Discretion: Maintain confidentiality regarding the employer’s personal and professional affairs. Exercise discretion in all interactions and situations.
5. Assistance with Errands and Tasks: Run personal or business errands as instructed (e.g., deliveries, shopping, pickups). Assist with loading, unloading, and carrying items when needed.
6. Trip Planning and Coordination: Confirm destinations, schedules, and travel requirements ahead of time. Monitor road conditions and suggest alternative routes when necessary.
7. Recordkeeping and Documentation: Maintain a logbook of daily trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and expenses. Report any incidents, accidents, or vehicle issues promptly.
8. Professional Conduct and Appearance: Maintain a neat appearance and professional behavior at all times. Provide courteous and respectful service to the employer, family members, and guests.
9. Emergency Preparedness: Know basic vehicle troubleshooting and emergency procedures. Keep emergency contact numbers and vehicle tools/equipment ready.

Qualifications

• At least High School Graduate or Vocational Graduate
• With proven experience as an Executive Driver or Company Driver for top management/executives
• Must possess a valid Professional Driver’s License with clean driving record
• Familiar with routes in Metro Manila, Bulacan, Cavite, Laguna, and nearby provinces
• Knowledgeable in defensive driving, vehicle maintenance, and road safety regulations
• Trustworthy, discreet, punctual, and highly professional in handling executives/VIPs
• Physically fit and well-groomed
• Willing to render overtime, flexible schedule, and can travel when needed
• Willing to stay-in or be assigned in Cavite and Laguna
• Preferably with experience serving CEOs, Presidents, or high-level executives
