Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in executive presentation development, management consulting, PMO, or corporate communications within a large global organization.
• Experience supporting board-level materials, leadership operating reviews, or technology transformation programs.

Responsibilities

• Design and build executive-level presentations for leadership forums, board meetings, and strategic updates.
• Create clear story arcs and structured messaging frameworks for C-suite executives and Board members.
• Apply visual hierarchy, data visualization, and layout to ensure materials are impactful and boardroom-ready.
• Partner with CIO, CISO, and senior technology leaders to translate priorities into compelling visual stories.
• Act as a trusted advisor on messaging tone and presentation structure, challenging content to improve clarity.
• Collaborate with change managers to align communications with broader technology strategy.
