Job summary

Allied Search Pte. Ltd. in the Philippines invites applications for an Executive Chef (Chinese Cuisine) to lead and oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, presentation, and culinary consistency across outlets.

You will develop standard recipes and procedures, plan menus based on trends and cost objectives, monitor food costs and wastage, forecast requirements, train the culinary team, and drive continuous improvements in productivity and service standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or in a senior culinary leadership role.
• Experience in hotel, restaurant, or equivalent hospitality environment.
• Strong leadership and team development abilities.
• Excellent cost management and menu planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, consistency, presentation, and culinary standards across outlets.
• Develop, implement, and maintain standard recipes, culinary procedures, and food preparation techniques.
• Plan and develop menus based on customer preferences, market trends, business requirements, and cost objectives.
• Monitor food costs, inventory levels, purchasing, and wastage to improve profitability and kitchen efficiency.
• Forecast food requirements and oversee requisitioning, purchasing, receiving, storage, and utilization of food supplies.
• Build relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders to support business needs.
• Lead, coach, and develop the culinary team, setting performance expectations and facilitating training.
• Drive continuous improvement in kitchen processes, productivity, service standards, and cost management.
