Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a large hotel or cruise ship.
• At least 2 years of experience as an Executive Sous Chef.
• Excellent leadership, team management, and decision-making skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

• Oversee and manage all kitchen operations to ensure quality, consistency, and presentation.
