Job summary

AboitizPower is seeking an AVP for Corporate and Regulatory Compliance in Pasig City to lead the corporate and regulatory compliance needs of the Transition Business Group. The role directs corporate housekeeping for TBG entities, manages the corporate secretarial team, and ensures SEC filings, contracts, and governance materials are accurate and timely.

You will monitor national regulatory developments, provide strategy for DOE, ERC, and related bodies, and collaborate with Legal, COM, and O&M

Qualifications

• At least five years of relevant experience in regulatory affairs, policy research, compliance, or energy sector analysis.
• At least one year of experience handling corporate secretarial work.
• Education: Law degree from a reputable law school.

Responsibilities

• Provide national-level governance and guidance on regulatory compliance across the group.
• Develop and maintain national compliance policies and internal governance.
• Coordinate with COM, Legal, and O&M to interpret and apply requirements.
• Track national agencies (DOE, ERC, NGCP) for new policies affecting the sector.
• Lead corporate secretarial activities including board meetings and secretary certificates.
