Dimension All Group is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to the COO and CEO. This fully remote role requires excellent communication, organization, and discretion to manage executive priorities and day-to-day operations for a U.S.-based leadership team.

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to the COO and CEO of a growing company. This role requires someone who can effectively manage executive priorities, anticipate needs, and ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly.
The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Experience supporting U.S.-based executives is highly preferred.
Manage and maintain executive calendars, including scheduling meetings and resolving calendar conflicts.
Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and itineraries.
Organize and manage executive inboxes, prioritize emails, and draft professional responses when appropriate.
Track action items and follow-ups to ensure deadlines and commitments are met.
Coordinate internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting notes as needed.
Serve as a liaison between executives, internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and other business documents.
Maintain organized digital files, records, and confidential documentation.
Assist with special projects and research as assigned.
Handle general administrative tasks to improve executive productivity.
Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, and business partners.
Coordinate across multiple departments to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Anticipate executive needs and proactively resolve scheduling or operational issues.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Executive Administrator, or similar role supporting senior executives.
Experience supporting U.S.-based executives or international leadership teams is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Drive)
Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Google Meet
Calendar management tools
Task management platforms (Asana, ClickUp, Monday.com, Trello, or similar)
Experience supporting executives in the construction, engineering, or professional services industries.
Experience coordinating travel for executives across multiple time zones.
Familiarity with CRM or project management software is an advantage.
