Bachelor Program in Mechanical Engineering
Responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing mechanical systems and equipment erection works for semiconductor manufacturing facilities, including process utility systems, HVAC interfaces, cleanroom support systems, chillers, pumps, compressors, vacuum systems, chemical distribution systems, gas systems, piping networks, and process equipment installations. Ensure all activities are executed in accordance with approved drawings, project specifications, safety requirements, quality standards, cleanroom protocols, and project schedules.
Coordinate with process, electrical, instrumentation, cleanroom, vendors, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure seamless installation and integration of mechanical systems. Supervise equipment receiving, unloading, handling, rigging, lifting, positioning, alignment, leveling, erection, testing, and commissioning activities. Monitor manpower, materials, equipment, productivity, and construction progress to achieve project milestones.
Ensure compliance with QA/QC requirements through inspections, installation verification, mechanical completion checks, testing, commissioning, and documentation. Enforce HSE standards, permit-to-work procedures, lifting plans, risk assessments, cleanroom safety requirements, and PPE compliance. Control material usage, minimize wastage, resolve technical issues, and maintain construction, testing, and turnover records to support successful startup and project handover.
Requires a Degree in Mechanical Engineering with experience in semiconductor, pharmaceutical, data center, or high-tech industrial projects, and strong knowledge of mechanical systems, equipment erection, cleanroom environments, quality control, safety management, and project coordination.
