Responsible for implementing and monitoring Quality Assurance and Quality Control activities for Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP), Fire Protection, HVAC, ELV, utility, and associated building services works in accordance with approved drawings, project specifications, applicable codes, Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), and client requirements. Conduct inspections of installations, testing, commissioning, and system integration activities to ensure compliance with quality standards and project requirements.
Coordinate with project, engineering, construction, consultants, vendors, and subcontractors to manage material approvals, method statements, inspections, testing procedures, NCRs, corrective actions, and quality documentation. Verify workmanship, installation standards, material traceability, test results, and as-built records. Monitor testing and commissioning activities, including HVAC, electrical, fire protection, plumbing, ELV, and utility systems.
Maintain inspection reports, quality records, audit findings, punch lists, and handover documentation. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects and rework while ensuring compliance with project quality objectives. Support HSE requirements during inspections and site activities.
