Bachelor Program in Mechanical Engineering
Responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing fire protection system works during construction, including fire water networks, sprinkler systems, hydrant systems, hose reels, fire pumps, clean agent systems, foam systems, gas suppression systems, and fire alarm interfaces. Ensure all installations are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, project specifications, NFPA/local codes, quality standards, safety requirements, and project schedules.
Coordinate with civil, architectural, MEP, ELV, consultants, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless integration and timely completion of fire protection works. Supervise site activities including piping installation, equipment erection, testing, flushing, hydrostatic testing, commissioning, and authority inspections. Monitor manpower, materials, productivity, and progress to achieve project milestones.
Ensure compliance with QA/QC requirements through inspections, testing, documentation, and as-built record preparation. Promote HSE compliance by enforcing safe work practices, permit-to-work systems, risk assessments, toolbox talks, and PPE usage. Control material consumption, minimize wastage, resolve technical and site issues, and support successful testing, commissioning, approvals, and project handover.
Requires a Degree/Diploma in Mechanical with experience in fire protection systems, construction execution, testing & commissioning, quality control, safety management, and project coordination.
