Job summary

Coins.ph in Manila is seeking a Crypto Operations Analyst to help configure and test the exchange app end-to-end, monitor prices and liquidity, and onboard partners. You will work with Operations and Quant teams to ensure smooth live trading and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance or related field is preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in crypto operations and exchange operations is preferred.
• Experience with risk management and automation tools is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Operations and Quant Team to configure and test the exchange application end-to-end, including drafting, executing, reviewing, and owning test scenarios, test cases and checklists/process flows.
• Monitor exchange prices and spreads to ensure alignment with global market prices.
• Manage treasury for the quant wallet and onboard partners onto the exchange.
• Prepare and present weekly OKR reports.
• Leverage trading metrics to identify inefficiencies and opportunities to increase profitability and performance.
• Maintain exchange liquidity and troubleshoot any live-trading issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and scale operations.

What You’ll Do

• Treasury management for quant wallet

What We Expect From You

• A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred
• Extensive experience in Crypto operations and process optimization
• More than 2 years of experience in exchange operations.
• Preferably, more than 1 year of experience in spot or Conversion trading in financial services and/or user operations
• Good knowledge in operations, including BAU, back admin system management, basic trading knowledge, and market promotion
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Experience in risk management and automation tools
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
