Qualifications

• 5 years experience in maintaining high availability service and supporting distributed cloud infrastructure.
• Experience in infrastructure security.
• Experience working with external audit (BSP/ISO).
• Candidates with hands-on development/operation/maintenance in cloud infra (AWS, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, Terraform, Python) are preferred.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with Legal, Compliance, and Security teams to ensure compliance with BSP requirements.
• Spearhead and maintain cloud infrastructure to meet reliability and scalability demands.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents to ensure stable operations.
• Ensure that systems are secure and reliable.
• Assist in the development of strategic roadmaps aligned with product and business requirements.
• Provide guidance to the team and develop best practices.
• Provide consultancy, technical guidance, and solutions.
• Perform ad hoc tasks as required.

What you'll do
