Acceptance

• Scan-in D1 shipment from retail shuttlers and airline withdrawal
• Scan-in duffle bag from airline withdrawal
• Scan-in corporate RTO (D1 & duffle bag) from airline withdrawal
• Scan-out corporate RTO (D1 & duffle bag)
• Scan-in D1 shipments prior to loading to Luzon shuttling truck (security checking)

D1 Process NCR and Luzon

• Assist in conveyor
• Sort all D1 shipments from retail shuttlers and airline withdrawal
• Scan out D1 shipments from retail shuttlers and airline withdrawal to DC and hubs via air / land
• Clean the area after operation

V Cargo

• Prepare a duffle bag and cable tie
• Scan in all V-Cargo from retail shuttlers and airline withdrawal
• Consolidate shipments per DC and hubs
• Scan out all V-Cargo shipments from retail shuttlers and airline withdrawal to DC and hubs via air and land shuttling
• Turn over the consolidated shipments to shuttlers and forwarding team
• Clean the area after operation
• Prepare a duffle bag in the PTL cabinet
• Scan in shipments for manual sorting (if needed)
• Consolidate shipments per destination (PTL) and (SISO)
• Turn over console duffle bag to forwarding team
• Email for pre-alert (if necessary)
• Clay-go

Forwarding VIS-Min

• Transfer outgoing shipments to PAL
• Prepare transfer manifest
• Prepare airline sticker (PAL)
• Assist loading and unloading
• Withdraw incoming shipments from VISMin and other incoming via air
