The Blue Leaf Events Spaces is seeking an Events Specialist to orchestrate and execute events aimed at boosting sales and brand visibility. You will manage the sales cycle from initial contact through proposals and contracts, including receiving payments and issuing receipts, while maintaining meticulous event folders.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

As an Events Specialist, you'd orchestrate and execute events aimed at boosting sales and brand visibility.

1. Sales Target & Integrity of Sales Cycle

• Phone Cycle
• Ocular Inspection
• E-mail, Proposals, Contracts
• Receiving of payments and proper issuing of receipts
• Proper filing of documents (Actual Event Folder and Drive T)
• Customer Feedback
• Time Motion Study for customer experience

2. Sales Manual & Brand Identity
