Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Diploma in Marketing, Events Management, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Creative, proactive, and resourceful, with a willingness to learn.
• A positive attitude and strong team player who is comfortable collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and supporting on-site events when required.
• Experience or interest in event management, marketing, social media, content creation, and/or communications is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of events, exhibitions, conferences, roadshows, and marketing activities.
• Assist with event logistics and coordination, including venue setups and materials.
• Coordinate with organisers, vendors, and internal teams for smooth preparation.
• Prepare event-related materials such as invitations, banners, and social content.
• Support on-site registration, attendee management, and lead collection.
• Help with pre- and post-event campaigns, EDMs and follow-ups.
• Help maintain event checklists, timelines, contact lists, marketing inventories, and other event-related documentation.
• Support the collection and organization of event leads, feedback, photographs, and post-event reports for evaluation and future planning.
