Job summary

Seda Residences Makati is seeking an Events Executive to coordinate and execute meetings and social functions from inquiry through post-event follow-up. You will be the primary contact for clients and internal departments, ensuring every event meets brief, timeframes, and Seda's service standards.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, knowledge of banquet operations, and the ability to manage multiple events under pressure, including coordinating with F&B,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• 2–3 years experience in events coordination or hotel/hospitality function; fresh graduates with strong internships may be considered.
• Knowledge of banquet operations and F&B service standards.
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with Delphi or Opera Sales & Catering is a plus.
• Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills; client-facing mindset.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute meetings and social functions from inquiry through post-event follow-up.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients and internal departments (F&B, Banquet Operations, Engineering, Housekeeping, Security).
• Ensure events are delivered on brief, on time, and aligned with Seda's service standards.
