A marketing agency in Metro Manila seeks a Marketing Support Specialist to assist in developing and executing promotional strategies, managing events, and coordinating suppliers. The ideal candidate is a graduate in Marketing or a related field, with at least 6 months of experience. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to start immediately.

Formación

• At least 6 months of working experience in marketing or promotions.
• Ability to manage events and campaigns.
• Strong coordination and documentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support the marketing team in developing and executing promotion strategies.
• Assist in gathering suppliers, quotations, and marketing logistics.
• Process supplier payments and coordinate documentation activities.

Educación

Graduate of BSBA Marketing, Advertising, or any related course

Descripción del empleo

• Support the marketing team in developing and executing promotion strategies, which include booth/event management and campaign management
• Assist the events and promotions specialist in gathering suppliers, quotations, and marketing logistics needed for the event.
• Accomplish documents such as RFP's, Breakdown of Cost,
• Process supplier payments, coordinate PRF's and liquidation

QUALIFICATION:

• Graduate of BSBA Marketing, Advertising, or any related course
• With at least 6 months of working experience
• Can start ASAP
