Job summary

Robinsons Land Corporation is seeking an Events and Partnerships Officer to plan, coordinate, and execute sports and leisure events across RSL facilities.

You will develop and manage partnerships, sponsorships, and activations to boost brand visibility and customer engagement, working with venues, sponsors, and agencies to deliver on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Hospitality Management, Sports Management, or another related field.
• At least two years of relevant experience in events, partnerships, sponsorships, activations, marketing, business development, account management, or a related role.
• Experience working with sponsors, suppliers, agencies, venues, event organizers, or community groups is preferred.
• Familiarity with sports, fitness, lifestyle, leisure, entertainment, hospitality, or property-related events is an advantage but not required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute Robinsons Sports and Leisure (RSL)-led events and marketing or partnership activities across RSL facilities.
• Develop and manage event partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations to strengthen brand visibility and customer engagement.
• Work with venue operators, suppliers, sponsors, agencies, and external partners to ensure timely, on-budget event delivery in line with RSL standards.

The Events and Partnerships Officer is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing Robinsons Sports and Leisure (RSL)-led events and marketing or partnership activities held across RSL facilities.

The role develops and manages event partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations that strengthen brand visibility, enhance customer engagement, and support event-level commercial targets.

The position works closely with internal teams, venue operators, suppliers, sponsors, agencies, and other external partners to ensure that events are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with RSL brand and operational standards.
