Skyhall in Cebu City is seeking a Sales Manager to drive revenue and growth by shaping sales strategies, managing client relationships, and leading the sales team to maximize venue bookings. The Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue and business growth for Skyhall by developing sales strategies, managing client relationships, generating new business opportunities, and leading the sales team. The role focuses on maximizing venue bookings, strengthening client partnerships, and achieving sales targets.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and booking targets.
Identify and generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and partnerships.
Promote Skyhall's event spaces, packages, and services to corporate and social clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, event organizers, agencies, and business partners.
Handle client inquiries, site visits, proposals, negotiations, and contract discussions.
Monitor sales leads, pipeline, conversion rates, and overall sales performance.
Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
Coordinate closely with Operations, Events, Marketing, and Finance to ensure smooth execution of confirmed events.
Develop sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
Ensure proper documentation and timely follow-up of sales leads and accounts.
Participate in trade shows, networking events, client meetings, and other promotional activities.
Address client concerns professionally and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Perform other sales-related duties as assigned by management.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
At least 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in hospitality, events, convention centers, hotels, or related industries.
Previous supervisory or managerial experience is preferred.
Proven track record in achieving sales targets and developing new accounts.
Strong negotiation, presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Customer-focused, proactive, and results-oriented.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and sales reporting tools.
