SEAOIL Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Parts Officer in Bauang, La Union to oversee EV parts inventory and support aftersales and operations in the growing EV segment.

You will collaborate with service teams and external partners to ensure timely parts provision and a smooth customer experience. The role emphasizes accuracy in inventory records, vendor collaboration, and adherence to safety and company policies, with a focus on cost reduction and process improvements.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in automotive parts management or warehouse operations.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communicator with teamwork and vendor management.
• Proficiency in inventory management systems, ERP, or parts cataloging software.
• Analytical skills to assess trends and drive improvements.
• Commitment to safety, compliance, and operational excellence.
• Willingness to be assigned in Bauang, La Union.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and monitor the inventory of EV car parts, accessories, and supplies to ensure optimal stock levels.
• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners for procurement, pricing, and delivery.
• Track and receive incoming parts shipments, inspect quality and accuracy, and manage storage of EV components.
• Work with the EV service team to ensure timely parts provision for maintenance and repair jobs.
• Develop and maintain parts usage reports, analyze trends, and recommend strategies to reduce costs.
• Assist in introducing new EV parts and assemblies by providing product information, technical specifications, and catalog updates.
• Support the implementation of inventory control and warehouse best practices in line with safety and company policies.
• Ensure all parts-related administrative processes, including system entries, invoicing, and records management, are carried out accurately.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients regarding parts queries, orders, and documentation.
