Qualifications

• Max two years of relevant work experience.
• Empathy, patience, curiosity and problem-solving mindset.
• Strong analytical background with a numbers-focused approach.
• Excellent verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience with databases and SQL queries; proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of customer issues reported and see problems through to resolution.
• Conduct product walkthroughs and provide resolutions to customers' queries.
• Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify solutions to resolve customer issues.
• Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers.
• Ensure proper recording and closure of all issues.
• Answer questions via email, phone calls, and live video calls.
• Find ways to go above and beyond to help customers.
