Job summary

VA Masters is seeking an E-commerce Image and Shopify Assistant to support an online art and home décor brand. You will prepare product imagery using Photoshop smart object templates, export web-optimized files, and keep Shopify listings current.

The ideal candidate is precise, works well within a design system, and handles recurring image and listing workflows reliably. Your role includes updating product data, maintaining brand-wide image quality, and supporting expansion to additional sales

Qualifications

• Proficient with Photoshop and PSD templates and smart objects.
• Experience exporting web-optimized master and web-ready images.
• Experience managing product listings on Shopify.
• Knowledge of image optimization for load speed and file size.
• Understanding of SEO basics for image naming and listing optimization.
• Excellent attention to detail and consistency in repetitive tasks.
• Reliable, precise, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Drop artwork into Photoshop smart object templates.
• Export TIFF master files and web-ready versions.
• Resize/format images for Shopify, Instagram, and other channels.
• Apply SEO-friendly image names and titles.
• Upload and maintain Shopify product listings.
• Update product information in Shopify as directed.
• Keep storefront imagery consistent and high quality.
• Prepare listings for future sales channels.
• Assist with general admin tasks for the online store.
