Must Have
- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in ElectricalEngineering, Electronics and Communications Engineering, or related course
- Registered Electrical Engineer or Licensed ElectronicsEngineer
- Have at least 24 months of sea service as Electro-TechnicalOfficer or its equivalent
- Holder of a valid Certificate of Competency (COC) asElectro-Technical Officer
- Holder of IMO Model Course 3.12
