Job description

• facilitatesattendance checking, verifies the authenticity of the participant’s identity, andconfirms the entry requirements of the participant
• conductscoursedelivery as planned
• demonstratesproficient course delivery methodologies and techniques
• conducts coursedelivery observation
• Assessment
• preparesassessment materials
• conductsassessment and accomplishes the approved assessment instruments of the course
• performsmarking/checking of the assessment
• performs assessmentobservation

• complies with therequirements of the Instructor Competency Development Program
• coordinates withthe assigned mentor
• Administrationand Reporting
• submits requiredreports relative to course quality, training performance, training equipment,and infrastructure
• participates inprocurement, fabrication, and/or maintenance of respective ownership learningresources as assigned by the Immediate Superior
• prepares the MonthlyInstructor Workload report
• performs otherjob-related tasks as may be assigned by the Immediate Superior
  

Must Have

• With experience as welder/machinist
