Job summary

Primover Consultancy Services, Inc. is seeking a data integration specialist to design ETL pipelines, support warehousing, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver analytics solutions.

You will document requirements, develop ETL processes, write SQL queries, and ensure data quality across source-to-target mappings in a fast-paced environment in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related field.
• Experience in data warehousing, data migration and ETL.
• Proficient in SQL scripting and data analysis.
• Experience with data mapping, testing, and ETL workflows.
• Experience in ETL development and data integration projects.
• Knowledge of Oracle, SQL Server, and PostgreSQL.
• Familiar with data warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling.

About the role

This role focuses on data integration, warehousing, and ETL development. You will work with business stakeholders to identify requirements for analytics projects and deliver data solutions that maximize business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Document business data needs and work with business stakeholders to identify requirements for analytics projects, products, and programs of work

• Create detailed technical documentation for data integration (ETL) programs and other deliverables

• Perform ETL development, data profiling, and data analysis

• Identify and map data required from source systems to be loaded into target tables

• Define and document transformation requirements from staging to final reporting tables

• Execute data warehousing activities including data mapping, transformations, data dependencies, source analysis, and profiling

• Write complex SQL queries to analyze data and provide results to business users or project team members

• Visualize process changes in collaboration with business stakeholders and IT user adoption teams

• Understand dependencies between components of data infrastructure

• Define standards and implement best practices for implementation of target data state

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field

• Familiarity with different database technologies (SQL Server)

• Experience focusing on data warehousing, data migration, and ETL processes

• Experienced in data mapping, SQL scripting, data analysis, data investigation, data fixes, and testing

• Proven experience in ETL development, data integration, and data migration projects

• Proficient in SQL scripting, query optimization, and relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL)

• Experience in data warehousing concepts, dimensional modeling, and data reconciliation

• Ability to analyze source-to-target mappings and develop ETL workflows and jobs

• Skilled in troubleshooting ETL issues, data validation, and root cause analysis

• Experience in unit testing, integration testing, and production deployment support
