Job summary

INDUSTRIAL CONTROLS SYSTEMS, INC. is seeking an Estimator - Project Engineer to support project cost estimation, scheduling, and procurement activities. The role requires coordinating with design, procurement, and manufacturing teams to meet timelines and client requirements.

You will read technical drawings, prepare budgets, and develop Gantt charts and methodologies for future projects, while ensuring quality and compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation and Controls Engineering is required.
• PRC License (No need for Non-boards Course).
• At least 1 year related working experience.

Responsibilities

• Familiarity with cost structures, along with the ability to estimate and track expenses.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (design, procurement, etc.) to align on project timelines and objectives.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge of engineering processes, project lifecycle, and standards.
• Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks and milestones.
• Oversee the implementation of quality control procedures to meet industry standards and client.
• Provide regular project updates, resolve any issues, ensure client satisfaction.
• Knowledgeable on preparing detailed cost estimates and budgets proposals based on project plans and requirements.
• Assist in the preparation of procurement materials, tools, and safety paraphernalia.
• Can generate Gantt Chart and Methodology for future project.

• Knowledge with AutoCAD and BOM/BOQ.

• Good communication skills both oral and written (Technical Communications, Report writing, Team Collaboration)
