Job summary

Access Offshoring Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Roofing Estimator / Quantity Take-Off Specialist to support the estimating and quoting function.

This role focuses on behind-the-scenes preparation and quantity take-offs, organising project documentation, and assisting with daily estimating tasks. The ideal candidate has experience with roofing estimation, metal roofing and cladding, and reading construction plans.

Qualifications

• Previous roofing estimating and quantity take-off experience is preferred.
• Experience with metal roofing and cladding is highly advantageous.
• Confident in reading construction plans and completing accurate take-offs.
• Groundplan experience is highly preferred.
• Simpro experience is beneficial.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently.
• Australian experience is advantageous, but relevant experience from the US, Canada, Philippines, or other markets will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Download, save, and organise construction plans and project documentation.
• Review and prepare plans for quantity take-offs and quoting.
• Complete accurate quantity take-offs from construction plans and drawings.
• Support the estimating and quoting process by preparing the required plans and project information.
• Assist with the day-to-day estimating workload.
• Take on additional estimating responsibilities as you become familiar with the business and its processes.
