GUERILLA CREATIVE MARKETING, INC. is seeking a versatile analyst-estimator to join our team in a full-time role. You will review drawings to support cost estimates, analyze market data, and generate qualified leads for sales in the Australian construction sector.

The role requires strong Excel skills, data management in CRM, and experience in lead generation and sales support. Onsite work in the Philippines with regular collaboration across departments.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
• Experience in estimating, data analysis, lead generation, or similar analytical role.
• Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Strong Excel skills for data management and reporting.
• Excellent research, organization, and time-management abilities.
• Experience in Australian construction estimating or sales support preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review drawings and specifications to assist with cost estimates and quotations.

Job description

The role combines construction estimating with the analysis of business data to identify opportunities, support targeted campaigns, and provide qualified leads to the sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Australian construction industry, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to manage client and job records accurately while identifying opportunities to improve business processes.

Salary Range: 30,000 - 40,000
Work Set-Up: Work onsite | Mon-Fri | 6am - 3pm

Responsibilities:

• Review project drawings, specifications, and requirements to assist with preparing cost estimates and quotations.
• Analyze business and market data to identify trends, generate insights, and support targeted campaigns and business development strategies.
• Research Australian construction companies, projects, industry contacts, and potential clients.
• Generate and pre-qualify leads using LinkedIn, B2B platforms, company websites, and other research tools.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client, prospect, and job records in CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Provide the sales team with qualified leads, company profiles, and relevant background information.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve lead targeting, campaign effectiveness, and messaging.
• Maintain and organize estimating data, project records, client information, and supporting documentation.
• Prepare spreadsheets, reports, and summaries to support estimating and business development decisions.
• Assist directors and executives with general administrative tasks, research, and reporting.
• Identify opportunities to improve data accuracy, administrative systems, and internal processes.
• Ensure information is organized, accurate, and readily accessible to relevant team members

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Experience in Australian construction estimating, market research, or sales support is highly desirable.
