The role requires an engineering/administration degree with ESH specialization, extensive ESH experience, and advanced English. Expect collaboration with health teams and cross-functional stakeholders in a large industrial setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in engineering, administration or similar, with ESH specialty desirable.
• Experience in the ESH area.
• Knowledge of ISO and OHSAS applicable to ESH.
• Expert in regulatory matters.
• Experience managing health department (team of doctors and nurses).
• Expert identifying and solving ESH problems.
• Experience implementing ESH programs (e.g., LOTO, behavior-based ESH).
• Project management experience.
• Experience with NOMS applicable to ESH.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary work teams.
• English - Advanced.
