Job summary

Amkor Technology Phils. Inc. in Laguna seeks a Safety, Health and Environment professional to lead ESH programs across our semiconductor manufacturing operations.

The role demands a university degree in engineering, solid experience, and a hands-on approach to safety compliance and incident prevention. You will implement EMS, ensure regulatory alignment with DOLE and local agencies, and mentor teams on construction safety and loss prevention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Accredited Safety Practitioner of the Department of Labor Employment (SO3).
• 3-5 years' experience in Environmental, Safety and Health in Manufacturing/Semiconductor.
• Knowledgeable in Occupational Safety and Environmental, Safety and Health Management System implementation.
• Knowledge in Construction Safety.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent

• Accredited Safety Practitioner of the Department of Labor Employment (SO3)

• With at least 3- 5 years' experience in the field of Environmental, Safety and Health in the field of Manufacturing/Semiconductor

• Highly knowledgeable in Occupational Safety and implementation of Environmental, Safety and Health Management System

• With knowledge in Construction Safety

SKILLS

• Computer literate, proficient in presentation, trainings and auditing skills

• Abreast in different ESH government regulations such DOLE, PNP, BFP, PDEA, PEZA etc.

• With strong leadership skills
