Xerox Philippines seeks a Responsible Sourcing Specialist to execute supplier due diligence and assess compliance with the Xerox Supplier Code of Conduct, while supporting CSR/ESG initiatives across the global supply chain.

The role collaborates with suppliers and internal stakeholders to drive governance, risk management, and sustainability reporting, using Excel, Power BI, and related tools to enable data-driven improvements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Responsible Sourcing, Supplier Management, Compliance, CSR/ESG, Sustainability, or related discipline.
Knowledge of responsible sourcing frameworks and topics (RBA, SA8000, ISO 45001).
Experience with GHG Inventory, Carbon Emissions Reporting, or SBTi programs is a plus.

Responsabilités

Execute supplier due diligence to verify compliance with the Xerox Supplier Code of Conduct.
Support supplier risk assessments, audits, and related compliance activities.
Organize and monitor supplier engagement to obtain information and documentation.
Consolidate submissions, review results, and track corrective actions.
Serve as a point of contact for suppliers and internal stakeholders on responsible sourcing.
Prepare reports, dashboards, summaries, and presentations for program reviews.
Monitor supplier compliance risks and support issue resolution.
Assist in reviewing and enhancing responsible sourcing procedures and tools.
Maintain accurate records of assessments, audits, and CAPs.
Support internal communications to promote responsible sourcing expectations.
