Job summary

ISS STOXX Sustainability in Manila is seeking a Sustainability Research Analyst to join the Corporate Ratings team. You will collect and analyze ESG data from company disclosures across EMU, TMT, Consumer, FiRE, and Industrials, balancing structured methodologies with critical thinking.

The role requires 3+ years in a sustainability-related field, a relevant degree, and strong research and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant professional experience in a sustainability-related field or ESG research.
• Knowledge in ESG data collection, analysis and reporting methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail; able to balance structured methodologies with critical thinking.

Responsibilities

• Systematic ESG data gathering from company disclosures and processing according to ISS STOXX Sustainability methodology.
• Take ownership of production targets and deliver research within defined timelines.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely, high-quality production.
• Specialize in one or more industries and track ESG developments and trends.
• Support ratings team with research publications and market developments monitoring.
