Job summary

ISS STOXX in Manila is seeking a Research Analyst to join the Sustainability Solutions Research team. The role focuses on collecting and analyzing revenue-based data from corporate disclosures to assess the impact of products and services on deforestation and sustainable development.

You will work independently and with the local team across our global offices, applying ESG data gathering, estimations, and rigorous research methods to deliver high-quality insights for investment decisions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in sustainability-related field, ESG research, or related areas.
• Understanding of ESG data, sustainability reporting, and SDGs is preferred.
• Fluent English, with strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Systematic ESG data gathering from disclosures and data processing.
• Collect, interpret, justify, and document data and analysis.
• Make estimations/calculations for data not directly provided.
• Address internal/client queries to align research with methodology.
• Participate in committees, projects, and cross-team collaboration.
• Collaborate closely with project and team members.
