Job summary

ING Hubs Philippines is seeking an ESG Expert (Consultant IV) to turn strategy into action, drive sustainability initiatives, and influence stakeholders across the organization.

You will help ING achieve net zero, monitor ESG metrics, develop communication plans, and coordinate partnerships with NGOs and external stakeholders while reporting non-financial data to leadership and regulators.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of ESG or sustainability experience.
• Strong ESG reporting knowledge.
• Stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Project and budget management experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for environmental and sustainability programs.
• Lead ESG projects and carbon reduction initiatives.
• Develop and execute ESG communication plans.
