Job summary

ERBAS ASIA INC in Manila is seeking an experienced ESD Energy Modeller to join our growing sustainability team. You will undertake detailed energy modelling, provide energy efficiency advice, and develop modelling-based design solutions to improve building performance.

The role requires at least 3 years in ESD or building sustainability, strong knowledge of Green Star, NABERS, NatHERS, and related tools, plus excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in ESD, energy modelling or building sustainability.
• Strong understanding of building performance and ESD principles.
• Experience with Green Star, NABERS, NatHERS, and Section J is desirable.
• Excellent English communication, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and in multidisciplinary teams.
• Willingness to mentor junior modellers.

Responsibilities

• Undertake detailed energy modelling and building performance analyses.
• Provide ESD and energy efficiency advice through design stages.
• Develop modelling-based solutions to improve energy performance.
• Prepare ESD reports and sustainability documentation.
• Collaborate with project leaders, architects, engineers, and contractors.
• Mentor and QA junior modellers.
