Job summary

Texas Instruments is seeking an Environmental, Safety, and Health (ESH) Specialist in Pampanga, Philippines. This role focuses on implementing and continuously improving ESH programs to ensure regulatory compliance, reduce risk, and promote a safe workplace.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in engineering and at least five years of EHS experience, with strong knowledge of regulations and risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical/industrial/mechanical engineering or related field.
• At least five years of EHS experience in manufacturing or regulated environments.
• Strong knowledge of environmental and occupational safety regulations, standards and risk management.
• Experience conducting inspections, audits and incident investigations.
• Experience developing and monitoring EHS programs and corrective actions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to influence across levels.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation and continuous improvement of environmental, safety, and health programs.
• Help ensure compliance with applicable environmental, health, and safety regulations, standards, and company requirements.
• Conduct workplace inspections, audits, hazard assessments, and risk evaluations.
• Support incident reporting, investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action follow-up.
• Partner with site leaders, employees, and cross‑functional teams to address ESH risks and improve performance.
• Assist with emergency preparedness activities, training, and response planning.
• Monitor ESH metrics, track action items, and help prepare reports or presentations for leadership review.
• Support safety reviews for new processes, equipment, installations, or operational changes.
• Promote a strong safety culture through communication, coaching, and day‑to‑day partnership with the organization.
