Job summary

Texas Instruments Incorporated (TI) is seeking an ESH Specialist to support environmental, safety, and health programs across manufacturing operations. You will partner with cross-functional teams to implement programs, conduct assessments, drive corrective actions, and promote a safe and compliant workplace.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least five years of ESH experience in regulated environments, plus strong knowledge of regulations, audits, and risk

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 5+ years in environmental, health, safety roles in manufacturing or regulated settings.
• Knowledge of environmental and occupational safety regulations and risk management.
• Experience conducting inspections, audits, hazard assessments, and incident investigations.
• Experience developing and monitoring EHS programs and corrective actions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with root-cause analysis.
• Effective written and verbal communication; able to influence across levels.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation and continuous improvement of ESH programs.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, health, safety regulations and company requirements.
• Conduct workplace inspections, audits, hazard assessments, and risk evaluations.
• Support incident reporting, investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with site leaders and cross-functional teams to address ESH risks.
• Assist with emergency preparedness activities, training, and response planning.
• Monitor ESH metrics and assist in reporting to leadership.
• Support safety reviews for new processes, equipment, or changes.
