Job summary

The position emphasizes maintaining current ESH standards, enforcing safety policies, and communicating clearly with teams and managers to sustain a safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in environmental, safety, health, or related discipline.
• Two-year related experience may substitute for one year of education.
• Valid 40-hour Pollution Control Officer (PCO) Training Certificate (2-year validity).
• 40-hour Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) Safety Officer II Certificate.
• Minimum four years' experience as EHS specialist, with knowledge of compliance programs and hazardous materials.

Responsibilities

• Perform contract-wide Environmental, Safety, and Health evaluation and compliance.
• Enforce policies on fire protection, public health, emergency responses, HAZMAT handling, and ESH processes.
• Stay current with ESH policies and applicable regulations (DENR, DOLE OSH).
• Communicate professionally with peers; relay information for job success.
