Job summary

ARBEIT INFOTECH INC. in the Philippines is seeking an Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) Specialist to support project delivery and ensure regulatory and client EHS requirements are met.

You will lead compliance checks, risk assessments, incident reporting, and training, helping to maintain safe operations across sites. This role collaborates with project teams and suppliers to promote Target Zero culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental or Occupational Health and Safety.
• Minimum of 2 years’ EHS experience in compliance, inspections, or risk assessments.
• Exposure to telecoms, energy, construction, or industrial operations is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support EHS compliance checks for projects and sites.
• Assist incident reporting, investigations, and corrective actions.
• Conduct EHS training and toolbox talks for teams.
• Maintain EHS records and KPI tracking.
• Participate in EHS risk assessments and control implementation.
• Escalate unsafe conditions and non-compliances.
