Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd invites applications for an Assistant Project Manager – Delivery, Change & Business Readiness (FFP) to drive end-to-end project management across the Future Finance Programme, including Oracle ERP implementation and related initiatives.

The role collaborates with Finance, Technology, PMO, vendors, and SMEs to maintain momentum, manage risks, and ensure successful adoption of new processes and tools across Finance functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Technology, Engineering, Organizational Change, Communications, or a related discipline.
• 2+ years of project management, PMO, business readiness, change management, or transformation delivery experience.
• Strong PowerPoint, Excel, documentation, and presentation skills.
• Strong experience in governance, planning, stakeholder management, communications, and reporting.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
• Experience supporting large-scale Finance, ERP, Digital, or Technology transformation programmes.
• Experience supporting business readiness, training, adoption, and change initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support the Delivery Lead in managing day-to-day programme execution.
• Maintain integrated project plans, milestones, dependencies, and delivery trackers.
• Coordinate governance forums, working groups, steering committees, and programme reviews.
• Monitor programme health and elevate issues requiring management attention.
• Prepare executive reporting packs, dashboards, status updates, and governance materials.
• Maintain RAID logs and coordinate issue resolution activities across teams.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and prepare weekly reporting decks and updates.
• Support Change Management Plans, CIA, BIA, and business readiness activities.
• Coordinate training materials development and delivery, and adoption tracking.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and track milestones.
• Coordinate SIT, UAT, and Go-Live readiness activities and cutover plans.
• Monitor migration readiness and sign-offs across systems.
• Produce governance documentation, meeting minutes, and audit-ready artefacts.
• Coordinate activities between internal teams and external partners.
• Identify process improvements and capture lessons learned.
