Job summary

Careernet is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to drive business process improvement and ERP transformation initiatives. The role focuses on analyzing financial operations and defining functional requirements, collaborating with business and technology stakeholders to deliver Oracle EBS and Fusion solutions.

The candidate will document processes, create RTMs, support workshops, and develop project deliverables while ensuring alignment with business goals and data integrity across ERP platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Operations, Information Systems, or related field.
• 8+ years in business transformation and process improvement in an international environment.
• 5+ years of Oracle ERP (EBS or Fusion) Financials implementation experience (AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Payroll, Pension).
• Ability to support decision-making at all levels and drive new operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Understand current ERP-related structure, functions, and system landscape (EBS and Fusion).
• Document, review and produce detailed business process flows and functional requirements.
• Create RTM and map Business Needs to System Capabilities; identify data gaps.
• Lead workshops to gather inputs and validate recommendations against requirements.
