Job summary

APW Tech seeks a Senior Business Analyst to drive ERP transformation and process improvement across financial operations. You will analyze current processes, define business and functional requirements, and collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to deliver Oracle EBS and Fusion solutions.

The role emphasizes strong analytical ability, expert knowledge of Oracle ERP modules, and effective communication to support global operations and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Information Systems, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in business transformation, process improvement, and architecture in international environments.
• 5+ years of Oracle ERP (EBS/Fusion) Financials implementation experience, covering AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Payroll, and Pension.
• Strong background in business analysis, requirements gathering, process design, implementation support, and documentation.
• Knowledge of finance, procurement, project management, accounting, reporting, analytics, and ERP integrations.
• Proficient in Oracle EBS, process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart, Pipefy), and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with SDLC principles and ERP ecosystems.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Banking sector and/or multilateral development bank experience is an advantage.
