Qualifications

• Experience leading ERP implementation projects and managing project teams
• Experience with ERP systems and modules (e.g., finance, supply chain, HR, manufacturing)
• Experience gathering and analyzing business requirements and translating them into system configurations
• Experience with system integration, data migration, and testing processes
• Experience troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions
• Experience in client interaction and team collaboration
• Experience managing multiple tasks and meeting project deadlines

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of consultants during ERP implementation projects
• Collaborate with clients to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
• Oversee the configuration and customization of ERP systems to meet client needs
• Develop and execute test plans to ensure software configurations align with client requirements
• Provide training to key users and assist with user acceptance testing
• Ensure project deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and meet quality standards
• Monitor project progress, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders
