Job summary

Accenture in Manila seeks an Oracle ERP Lead (Senior Manager) to guide large-scale Oracle Cloud ERP, EBS, and related Finance/Supply Chain transformations across industries. You will lead cross-functional teams, define IT strategies, and drive client value on global engagements.

We require 15+ years of experience with Oracle ERP suites, strong architecture leadership, GTM/Presales ability, and a proven on-time, on-budget delivery track record.

Qualifications

• At least 10+ years of consulting experience in a big4 or similar firm.
• 15+ years’ experience with Oracle Cloud ERP, Oracle Financials, EBS, Fusion, and SCM.
• Experience as a solution architect or design authority on ERP programs.
• Proven ability to lead global distributed teams across platforms.
• GTM/Presales experience and proficient in writing proposals.
• Delivery track record for large, complex programs on time and on budget.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Oracle Cloud & EBS engagements and drive client value.
• Drive sales pipeline and own proposals for Finance/Oracle programs.
• Define IT strategies and architecture solutions with client buy-in.
• Provide advisory services including ROI, business case, and design principles.
• Coordinate with business units and developers to meet timelines and budgets.
• Develop assets and accelerators to support digital transformation journeys.
