Job summary

Trax Group is seeking a Systems Integration Engineer (Pooling) to join our Professional Services – Client Enablement team in the Philippines. The role focuses on translating customer requirements into data interfaces, building and modifying payment/shipment files, and ensuring ERP systems integration.

You will design, develop, and test data interfaces, and collaborate with stakeholders to meet project milestones and cost targets while delivering reliable integration solutions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of non-internship software development experience.
• 2+ years in design or architecture of new and existing systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Gather, translate, and document customer requirements into systematic rules to align with customer accounting processes.
• Translate technical specifications into inbound/outbound data files to interface with ERP systems and other systems; architect designs, coding, testing, and monitoring.
• Define and document software requirements for developers and participate in technical evaluations of modifications.
• Develop test plans and scripts; test designed solutions to ensure alignment with specifications; document deficiencies and progress.
• Provide status updates to Project Managers and manage requirements to meet milestones and deliverables within time and cost constraints.
• May participate in management activities to establish new processes and assess levels of effort for new deployments and change orders.
