Job summary

Trax Group in Philippines is seeking a Cost Allocation Architect / Business Analyst (Pooling) to design, develop, and test the business rules that allocate freight invoice costs to client ERP systems. You will work at the intersection of logistics, financial data modeling, and systems integration.

The role involves requirements workshops, creating specifications, QA testing, and collaborating with ERP teams (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, NetSuite) to ensure accurate cost posting and reporting.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in technical consulting, implementation, or business analysis in logistics or freight audit.
• Hands-on ERP financial modules and GL posting knowledge.
• Experience with SaaS PS or freight/audit platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops with client finance, supply chain, and IT stakeholders.
• Design end-to-end cost allocation architectures mapping charges to GL accounts.
• Develop functional design documents and data mappings for client sign-off.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to prioritize platform enhancements.
• Validate allocation rules with tests and UAT across invoice scenarios.
