Job summary

DOSS is building an AI‑native Operations Cloud to manage procurement, inventory, orders, and fulfillment in real time. This role supports end‑to‑end client implementation from discovery to hypercare, bridging business requirements with ERP system builds and integrations.

You will work with US and PH FDS teams on the project lifecycle, focusing on supply chain and business operations while ensuring data integrity and scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in engineering, information systems, or related fields; master's preferred.
• Native-level English proficiency (C1/C2).
• Filipino citizen based in or near Metro Manila.
• Fundamental knowledge in supply chain and ERP/enterprise software.
• 2–5+ years in system implementation or business operations.
• Ability to map client processes to data schemas and automation.
• Strong data skills with spreadsheets and large datasets.
• Advanced technical competency in schema design and workflow testing.
• Excellent organization and multitasking across time zones.
• Proactive problem-solver eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist US FDPMs in full lifecycle installation and rollout.
• Prepare process docs, config workbooks, and training materials.
• Analyze client processes and data, focusing on supply chain.
• Support data cleansing and schema setup for migration.
• Quality checks to ensure data integrity before go-live.
• Document and refine business processes with clients.
• Configure, test, and troubleshoot system setups.
• Identify gaps and escalate to senior staff with recommendations.
• Provide hypercare support post-rollout.
• Maintain trackers, dashboards, and reporting for US teams.
• Contribute to playbooks and continuous improvement.
