Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, Business, or related field.
• Experience with ticketing/helpdesk systems and end-user IT support.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
• Knowledge of business process mapping and requirements documentation.
• Understanding of ERP systems, integrations, databases, and data flows.
• Experience with UAT, testing, troubleshooting, and change management.
• Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall methodologies is advantageous.
• Proficiency in MS Excel; Power BI/Tableau knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple tickets and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for the ERP system and assist users with system-related concerns.
• Monitor and manage tickets raised by end-users, ensuring concerns are properly addressed and resolved.
• Gather and document user requirements for system improvements and enhancements.
• Assist in troubleshooting system issues and coordinate with IT or system vendors when needed.
• Assist in testing new system features, updates, and changes before implementation.
• Check and validate system data and reports to ensure accuracy.
• Assist in documenting system processes, procedures, and user guides.
• Provide basic user assistance and training on ERP system functionalities.
• Coordinate with different departments to understand their concerns and provide appropriate system support.
• Perform other ERP-related tasks and process improvement activities as assigned.
